I'm behind in my sneak peeks! This is just a really quick one for Isabelle's mum & dad before we head off to Byron Bay for the week. (hubby is packing the car as I type!!)

Isabelle was one determined little poppet. She really, really wanted to stay up and see what all the fuss was about - luckily she was happy to check out my camera so we have some gorgeous awake shots, and then she gave in and worked the sleepy poses!

This is the gorgeous Natalie, referred to me by some very good friends. We spent our little session chatting about her plans to hypnobirth (something I'm really passionate about!) - I am so excited to fond out how it all goes for Nat and meet her new bub in a few short weeks!

It's true, sounds crazy but baby posing and knowing how to place a newborn 'just so' is really an artform all in itself. And I just spent a whirlwind day in Melbourne with Kelley Ryden an awesome newborn photographer from the US perfecting The Art. I have some fun new poses and prop ideas to try out on my next few newborn babes so expect some gorgeous images on the blog in the next couple of months.

I'll leave you with a shot of each of our tiny models we had drop by to pose for the day, this first little guy was my favourite - just check out his adorable baby mohawk!

I know it's been so quiet around here hasn't it! Well, behind the scenes hasn't been quiet let me tell you. First a little trip to Byron Bay to re-charge (as much as you can re-charge while on holidays with 2 kids under 2.5), then I've just returned from a week in NSW to shoot the wedding of the gorgeous Lauren and her new husband Scott.

My trusty assistant Karen created a Facebook fan page yesterday (something I've been putting off for too long)  Here you'll be able to see all the newborns and cute tots that come through the studio, not to mention, if I post your own little one, you can add the image to your own page to show family and friends. I might even run some little Facebook specials so make sure you head over and become a fan!

Getting back to our regular programming, it's my pleasure to introduce 9 month old Quayde. He was so happy and well behaved for his session, and had so many gorgeous little expressions. When he smiles, it's like he's smiling with all his might, and how could you not love his little mohawk?

It was such a pleasure to hang out with 8 day old Lily today, sleepy, smiley and left me with no washing to do!
