Tiny little Kobi came by the studio this morning for his newborn session, he has the most divine peachy skin and fluffy hair with long eyelashes to boot!

I'm so excited about this blog post!! Little Posers now has 2 (that's right, two!) photographers. We've recently hired Sheila, children's photographer extraordinaire so I can now happily say we're taking bookings for ages 1 right through to teenagers. Our Kids sessions will take place on-location, we currently have a few options to choose from, all beautiful in their own way. Being outside really gives the kids a place to run around and be themselves.

Almost 2 week old Jaida was my very first newborn to resist sleep for her whole session! But you know what? It didn't matter one little bit because we were able to get so many beautiful awake shots, plus lots of her big brother and sister. In fact, I have double the images I would normally have after a newborn session. I loved having these 3 gorgeous kiddos in the studio today!

On the weekend I was thrilled to have my images awarded by some of the top industry professionals at the Australian Professional Photography Awards in Sydney. The first 2 images were awarded silver with distinction, and the last 2 received silver awards - 4 out of 4 - not bad at all!!
